Shipping Policies

All stock orders are shipped within 3 business days by UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS Ground. Shipping rates are as follows:

Purchase of less than $75, the charge will be $7.95 in the continental US, free if $75 or more.
AK, HI, and PR flat rate only, purchases of less than $75 will be $21.95, $15 if $75 or more.

Shipping to Canada and Mexico -

Up to $50 - $19.95
$50 to 100 - $29.95
$100 up - 39.95

All duties and taxes on shipments going to Canada are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are derived by the Canadian government and are not included in our shipping charges.

Return Policy

First Aid on Line Store wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If some reason you should need to returned. Unopened stock products can be returned to us within 30 days for a complete refund of your purchase price. Please contact at support@firstaidonlinestore.com. We give you the necessary information on how to return the merchandise.

As soon as the product is returned we will issue a refund. We will provide free shipping on defective or damaged merchandise only.

Backorder Policy

You will be notified if items are on back order.
